IT Regulatory Compliance & Business Analysis Lead - Technology IT

This role is vital within our Technology IT department, blending business systems analysis with regulatory compliance expertise. You'll support quality processes and help develop AI-driven compliance solutions, positioning us as industry leaders in AI compliance. This hands-on role involves working with current technology, automating IT and quality processes, and making a significant organizational impact.

Main responsibilities include:

Business Analysis (50%):

• Gather and analyze requirements for technology and quality initiatives
• Document business processes and translate them into technical requirements
• Support automation implementation through collaboration with IT and quality teams
• Lead projects from requirements gathering to successful delivery
• Guide quality teams on process changes and automation from a business analyst perspective
• Collaborate directly with the quality team on process improvements

Compliance & Quality (50%):

• Support audits and explain processes confidently to customers
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards in the life sciences industry
• Contribute to AI compliance initiatives
• Work with the quality team to implement and enhance automated processes
• Engage with the Executive Leadership Team on process improvements
• Start with smaller projects and expand responsibilities over time

Qualifications:

• Experience in the life sciences industry (pharma, biotech, medical devices)
• Business analysis skills, with experience gathering and analyzing requirements
• Project involvement experience, including leadership roles
• Ability to work with project managers in cross-functional teams
• Confidence and authority in quality and compliance discussions
• Self-starter with assertive and candid communication style

Preferred additional skills:

• Technical background or experience with pharma IT departments
• Experience as a business analyst with compliance expertise or a compliance professional with business analysis skills
• Previous senior-level role experience
