Job summary

An NHS Trust is seeking experienced IT Refresh Technicians to support a large-scale IT hardware refresh project in Bradford. The role involves replacing and upgrading devices, ensuring they are correctly configured, and supporting users through the transition process. Ideal candidates will have experience in IT deployment, good networking knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT deployment/refresh projects (NHS experience desirable but not essential).
• Good understanding of basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills when dealing with clinical and admin staff.
• Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle.

• Ensuring all hardware is correctly configured, tested and ready for clinical and administrative use.

• Supporting users during the transition and troubleshooting any hardware-related issues.

• Maintaining accurate records of asset moves, installations and returns.

• Working across multiple NHS and GP sites as part of a wider IT refresh programme.

What we’re looking for:
