• Build and maintain relationships with consultants to match them with opportunities.
• Evaluate experience and opportunities of candidates through screening process.
• Understand clients’ business and IT initiatives to match consultants with hiring needs.
• Negotiate unique compensation packages to attract and hire candidates.
