OTE - Year 1 - 30k - 40k

Year 2 - 40k - 50k

Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our business in our Cardinal Square Office Derby.

Responsibilities:

• Building and placing sustainable talent pools in your specialist markets
• Business development and networking to generate new business
• The development of existing accounts and positioning Xpertise as the benchmark supplier within your accounts
• Building your personal brand via Xpertise tech community events

What are we looking for?

• Sales or recruitment consultant experience
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
• Competitive, determined and a resilient work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and a love of networking
• Limitless ambition and a real drive to be the best
• Authentic and Professional with a strong teamwork ethic
• History of achievements and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone – e.g. Captained sports team, sports scholarship to the US, top salesperson, climbed Kilimanjaro, raised money for charity… tell us about what you did that you are most proud of!
