IT Projects Engineer – Horsham - £35,000 – Great Opportunity!

Are you a proactive and organised engineer with a passion for delivering high-quality project work? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and forward-thinking business for a IT Projects Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of installations and technical projects.

Day-to-Day
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Projects department, including handling client requests via phone and email.
  • Collaborating closely with the Projects Manager to track progress, flag risks early, and keep projects on course.
  • Participating in on-site installations and project work, including risk assessments and scheduling tasks to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Travelling to client sites for project implementation and support.
  • Managing your own project workload, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Organising workbenches, tools, and storage areas for efficient project execution.
  • Performing proactive maintenance and recommending improvements where needed.
  • Monitoring backup systems and providing remote support via our RMM tools.
