The ITRS IT team works internally within the organization to maintain an efficient working environment. IT provides technical assistance to ITRS offices worldwide, supporting infrastructure and staff IT issues.
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support ongoing IT projects. As an IT Project Technician, your primary role will be to support IT projects and perform tasks related to hardware/software setup and supporting business systems solutions.
You will be responsible for Level 1 support, Level 2 analysis, and Level 3 root cause investigation and correction, working with technical departments and staff. You will assist with project work streams and support ITRS staff with their IT issues.
This role involves all aspects of IT in the organization, from procurement to granular support for processes and users. It requires a proactive individual who can ensure the accuracy and compliance of IT systems, manage costs effectively, and support security and regulatory compliance.
