This role requires a strategic professional who stays current with developments in their field and contributes to strategic direction. Recognized technical authority in an area within the business, with basic commercial awareness. Effective communication and diplomacy skills are essential to guide, influence, and convince colleagues and external customers. The role impacts the area through complex deliverables, providing advice and counsel on technology or operations, affecting overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Interface with senior project staff and client management regarding project status.
• Recommend and oversee process improvements.
• Evaluate complex business and system processes, industry standards, with significant business impact.
• Provide expertise in IT project leadership principles.
• Understand how own and other areas (architecture or infrastructure) integrate to achieve business objectives.
• Influence strategic decisions through advice and services.
• Act as advisor or coach to lower-level analysts; allocate work.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Use strong communication and diplomacy skills to persuade and influence others.
• Assess risks appropriately, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets, escalating issues transparently.
