Job Description:

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing Software Development projects to join an award-winning and highly respected Ipswich-based company on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for project managing and the successful delivery of IT development projects across the group, while managing a small team of Software Developers, sharing your technical expertise and knowledge.

You will benefit from a generous salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis – 2 days based in their Ipswich office.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for the successful and timely delivery of future projects related to all internal systems.
2. Line manage the Development Team, supervising, guiding, and advising to ensure their professional and personal development, and creating a cohesive team focus.
3. Oversee the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of new systems within a .Net technical environment.

Key Skills required:

1. Previous experience managing IT-related projects, specifically within Software Development.
2. Previous experience managing a small team.
3. A technical background within .Net technologies; C#, .Net, ASP.Net.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
