Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in the UK seeks an experienced IT Project Manager specializing in SAP and Pharma Manufacturing. This 6-month contract involves overseeing the integration of SAP and Rockwell Suite while managing multiple functions across the organization. Candidates should have a strong background in project management within the pharma sector and excellent communication skills. The position allows for 3 days working on-site per week.

IT Project Manager (SAP & Pharma Manufacturing)

6 Month contract initially

Location: Loughborough. Maximum 3 days per week on site.

Rate: £500 - £550 p/d (via Umbrella company)

We have a great opportunity with a world-leading organization where you will receive support and development to succeed. A progressive organization where you can make a difference. We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in SAP & Pharma Manufacturing to join the team.

The role involves delivering innovative and scalable solutions across the Life Science sectors. The Project Manager will work across multiple functions and locations, ensuring proper integration between Rockwell Suite and SAP ECC for Clinical Trials.

This role requires a self-starter, strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and align technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement SAP ECC6 (SoftGels instance) and recipe manager (Rockwell Pharmasuite) to support ongoing operations and replace the unsupported ERP (PRMS).
2. Manage the full project lifecycle from execution.
3. Oversee the implementation of SAP ECC6 (High Point instance) and Rockwell Pharmasuite to retire PRMS AS400.
4. Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP ECC6 and recipe management system integration.

Key Skills & Experience:

• IT Project Management in a Pharma environment
• SAP migration experience
• Knowledge of pharma manufacturing environment (desirable)
• Ability to travel periodically to site
