Job summary

Totum Partners is recruiting an experienced IT Project Manager for a global law firm on an 18-month office relocation programme. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days in the London office and will oversee multiple IT workstreams, vendor engagement and stakeholder communications.

You will coordinate technology requirements, run workshops to capture needs, and ensure a smooth transition of systems during the move. Previous law-firm IT project delivery and strong vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT projects for large offices, ideally in law or professional services.
• Proven track record delivering office relocations from an IT perspective.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across a complex program.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple IT workstreams throughout the office relocation.
• Executing the RFP process and overseeing vendor engagement.
• Coordinating workplace technology requirements and implementation.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and communications across the project.
• Planning and delivering workshops to ensure requirements are captured and aligned.
• Coordinating the technology aspects of the move to ensure a smooth transition.
