CMS CMNO LLP is seeking a Legal Project Executive in London on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will embed project management disciplines across the firm, drive adoption of LPM tools, deliver training, and support senior stakeholders to improve client service, timelines, and budgets.

You will collaborate with Operations Managers and leverage your project management and communication skills to deliver value in a growing team and complex matters. Proactive, detail-oriented candidates fit best.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a project-focused role within professional services or legal sector.

Responsibilities

• Apply LPM principles across client matters and internal projects, ensuring planning, tracking, reporting and delivery.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams; communicate progress.
• Facilitate effective meetings with clear actions and follow-up; promote LPM toolkit adoption.
