Description

The key responsibilities for the IT Project Manager role include:

1. Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
2. Establish effective project structures, roles, and responsibilities.
3. Plan, monitor, and report on project progress using established governance.
4. Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Ensure alignment with organisational methodologies and quality standards.
6. Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
7. Manage third-party vendors and ensure seamless integration of external services.
8. Lead multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and resources effectively.

Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. Proven experience delivering IT projects in corporate environments, ideally with budgets up to £1-2m.
2. Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with director-level leaders.
3. Confidence in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising effectively.
4. Skills in third-party/vendor management, including on-boarding and performance oversight.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
6. A self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and planning abilities.
8. Comfort in working in a hybrid setup with a mix of office and remote collaboration.

Job Offer
