Greenfield IT Recruitment is seeking an IT Project Manager for a North Wales hybrid role. You will plan and execute projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction.

The candidate will coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and lead cross-functional teams, with a focus on governance, reporting, and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT projects, ideally SaaS or software.
• Strong communication and leadership to coordinate stakeholders.
• Ability to manage scope, budget, and timelines under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management tools and MS Project.
• Knowledge of health and safety policies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

IT Project ManagerLocation: North Wales, LL16 (Hybrid - 2 days in office a week)Salary: £40k - £45k plus benefits including income protection, life assurance and medical Our client, a specialist SaaS solution provider based in North Wales, are looking for an IT Project Manager to join their service team on a hybrid basis.The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of specific projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of all clients & stakeholders.

Implementation Project Manager Skills / Background -

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the IT sector
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and software (e.g. MS Project)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Understanding of health and safety policies and procedures
• Full UK Driving License

Implementation Project Manager Role Responsibilities -

• Develop and update project scope documents and detailed project work plans.
• Clarify all assumptions and inform the team of their roles and responsibilities throughout the project.
• Manage the budget, monitor progress, and minimise risks.
• Produce and distribute regular project status reports and conduct regular status meetings with the project team.
• Present regular high-level reports at project steering meetings
• Ensure excellent client experience by monitoring and controlling project progress and overseeing project change control and issue resolution processes.
• Determine skill requirements and identify required resources
• Co-ordinate milestone deliverable sign-off
