Job summary

Exact It Resources Ltd in Northern Ireland is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead medium-scale IT projects and coordinate between IT and business stakeholders. The role requires strong project governance and hands-on delivery within a manufacturing or pharma context.

You will manage third-party providers, ensure effective communication, and deliver value while adhering to PMI/PRINCE2 standards. Hybrid work in Down/Armagh is offered.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or related subject(s) or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience in multiple IT areas with 2-3 years relevant project management experience.
• Experience using a recognized project management methodology (PMI / PRINCE2 or equivalent).
• Experience managing projects in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience working and contracting with third party IT service providers.
• Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels and with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good communication, time management and organisational skills.
• Good MS-Office (Word / Excel / Project) and MS-Sharepoint proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-scale IT projects or multiple, small-scale IT projects.
• Manage the relationship between IT and business stakeholders as single point of contact.
• Escalate and coordinate IT products and services with stakeholders, including third party providers.
• Apply a wide range of technical and management principles creatively.

You will be responsible for medium-scale IT projects or multiple, small-scale IT projects. In this exciting role you will manage the relationship or interface between IT and business stakeholders, acting as the single point of contact and escalation for all IT products and services used.
