IT Project Manager – Japanese Speaking

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with strong organizational skills and fluency in Japanese? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead and coordinate technology projects while acting as a key liaison between English and Japanese-speaking stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where your language skills and technical expertise will drive the success of international initiatives.

Role requirements:

• Experience in managing multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity, and high degree of difficulty
• Experience in managing technology projects such as concerted remediation of Audit Findings or External Penetration Findings – being able to map individual findings to Management Action Points and determining required actions to close gaps.
• Demonstrable proficiency in a wide range of information IT security technologies and embedded security
• Ability to maintain a working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and elements
• Understand global program structure, launch plan and timing, and global program ownership
• Demonstrable experience of senior stakeholder management and relevant management reporting.
• Ability to coach team members through knowledge transfer and constructive feedback

Fluency in Japanese is highly desirable for this role due to the nature of the project work and the stakeholders involved.
