You will oversee and execute technology projects to improve efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness of our legal practice, working closely with legal professionals and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, identify deviations, and take corrective actions to ensure successful completion.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the main contact between legal professionals and the IT team, maintaining clear communication to ensure alignment with legal needs.
• Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and oversee procurement of hardware, software, and third-party services.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, issue logs, and closure reports; generate progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure technology solutions comply with legal regulations and data security standards; implement data protection and privacy measures.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for potential benefits to the legal practice and recommend adoption.
• Build strong relationships across the business.

Skills Required

• Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
• Knowledge of legal industry-specific applications and processes; experience with our software stack or similar is preferred.
• Leadership experience in a mid-size professional services organization.
• High personal organization, professionalism, a 'can-do' attitude, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and champion quality, innovation, teamwork, and service.
