About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive IT Project Manager to lead impactful IT and business systems projects across countries and functions. This role involves managing mid- to large-scale projects, working with global stakeholders to turn business needs into solutions, and delivering milestones with precision.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and manage the full lifecycle of IT and business systems projects
• Define scope, timelines, resources, and budget
• Oversee daily project execution, ensuring milestones are met and risks managed
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with subject matter experts and technical leads
• Communicate with stakeholders and produce status updates
• Ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality results
• Support continuous improvement by staying informed on industry trends

Your Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Agile project management methodologies
• PMP Certification or equivalent
• 5+ years in IT project management
• Experience with global or regional systems projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Technical knowledge of IT systems, software development, and digital platforms
• Analytical mindset with decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Budget planning and financial tracking experience
