This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Project Manager to join a high-performing portfolio delivery function where you’ll shape, drive and lead a diverse mix of complex, high-visibility delivery initiatives, typically within an Agile or hybrid delivery framework.
You will drive day-to-day activity, ensure alignment is met with scope, quality and delivery expectations and act as a central point of coordination between technical teams and the wider Plans business.
As an IT Project Manager, you will be able to build productive working relationships with individuals from technical and non-technical backgrounds. You will be a strategic thinker, and bring robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with a proven history of successfully delivering complex IT projects, ideally within an agile environment. You thrive in fast paced, collaborative settings and naturally foster strong partnerships with stakeholders and teams. Your in-depth understanding of IT processes and solid grasp of agile methodologies enable you to oversee projects effectively from initiation through to completion.
