IT Project Manager

Location: Central London - Hybrid Model (3 days onsite)

Start date: 2 weeks (need to be immediately available)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the global rollout of an innovative digital platform. This role is pivotal in coordinating project activities, managing timelines, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones. The successful candidate will also support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and training delivery across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Rollout Coordination: Oversee the smooth execution of deployment tasks across regions, managing project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project status, update documentation, and report progress against key milestones to stakeholders.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards and business objectives.
• Change Management Support: Collaborate with senior team members to facilitate training, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams, regional units, and external vendors to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, escalate critical issues, and support resolution to keep the project on track.
• Documentation and Governance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation, status reports, and decision logs in a centralized repository.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience managing or supporting global projects in a matrix or multinational environment.
• Background in marketing technology or digital platform implementations (e.g., CMS, CRM, social media tools).
• Strong track record in supporting change initiatives, ideally alongside a Change Manager or Transformation Lead.
• Familiarity with digital operations and performance metrics is an advantage.
