Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) is looking for a highly skilled IT Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.

Project Execution:

  • Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
  • Ensure team members have the necessary tools and support to perform their tasks.
  • Monitor resource utilisation and make adjustments as needed.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
