DFS Group is seeking an IT Project Manager in Doncaster to lead cross-site teams through strategic transformation projects, initially focusing on the supply chain. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) and fixed for 18 months.

You will own the full lifecycle from initiation to handover, coordinating with Business Partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and minimal disruption.

Competenze

• Degree (or equivalent) in Computing/IT or related field.
• Experience in the supply chain and/or consumer retail industry.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects on time, cost and quality.
• Hybrid work arrangement and 18-month fixed term.

About the role

As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for leading teams across multiple sites to deliver strategic transformation projects—initially focusing on our supply chain that unlock significant business value and efficiencies. You will own the full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation and handover to Service Delivery, ensuring that high levels of change are delivered effectively with minimal business disruption.

This is a hybrid role , typically 3 days office and 2 home

Fixed Term for 18 months

What you’ll be responsible for

Leading teams across multiple sites to deliver projects that unlock significant value & efficiencies.

Managing resources, plans, quality stage gates and deployment of the technology change alongside our business teams.

Leading business-wide technology deployments, with an initial focus on driving supply chain transformation.

Full project lifecycle from initiation to the implementation and handover to Service Delivery

Creating robust project roadmaps and estimates while collaborating closely with Business Partners to drive strong engagement and seamless delivery.

Overseeing daily project operations, actively managing scope, change initiatives, risks, critical issues, and cross-functional dependencies .

We’re looking for someone who has

Degree (or equivalent) in Computing/IT or a related field, or have equivalent IT industry experience

Experience in the supply chain and/or consumer retail industry

Management of a capable team of specialists to deliver outcomes

Ability to deliver significant / complex levels of change

Experienced in successfully leading projects to time, cost and quality

Experience in managing Key stakeholders.
