Our customer is looking for a strong PM who oversees the planning, execution, and completion of facility-related projects. They collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient utilization of resources, adherence to timelines, and successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines. Identify project goals and deliverables. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources (personnel, materials, equipment) effectively to meet project requirements.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers. Evaluate bids and negotiate contracts.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address issues promptly.
Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct inspections and address deficiencies.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any changes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
Experience: Prior experience in project management, preferably in facilities or construction.
Skills: Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project). Knowledge of building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
