IT Project Lead - Sustainability £76k

Role: IT Project Delivery Lead - Sustainability Projects

Salary: Up to £76,000, plus package (includes 12-25% bonus, up to 12% pension contribution from client, Life Assurance, Private Medical, Shares, Travel Allowance, 25 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays, and an Advantage / Discount Programme)

Location: Hybrid working from home and in Staines.

The successful candidate will lead Supply Chain partners to deliver against business strategies, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

You will work to ensure that the IT capabilities necessary for achieving sustainability goals are delivered successfully, including defining business needs, creating project plans, supporting business case development, leading cross-functional teams, and facilitating smooth transitions.

Requirements:

• Project and Programme Management experience in sustainability data, carbon data, or circular services.
• Experience leading the delivery of multi-million-pound projects in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Responsibility for all aspects of project delivery, including financial management and commercial negotiation.
• Ability to influence and manage senior partners and stakeholders across functions.
• Experience with big data, cloud, and automation projects is advantageous.
