Overview

As the IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the Change Portfolio and own progress, risks and any issues. You will coordinate the approval and prioritisation of new changes, defining requirements, managing delivery and reporting on the Portfolio as a whole.

Responsibilities
  • Own progress, risks and issues across the Change Portfolio and coordinate approval and prioritisation of new changes.
  • Define requirements, manage delivery and report on portfolio performance.
Qualifications
  • IT related professional qualification or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of Portfolio or Project reporting, and experience of managing projects.
  • Knowledge of project and programme governance and understanding of waterfall and iterative project methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as MS Project and Planner.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to deliver technical information to non-specialist audiences.
  • Results oriented.
