Job summary

MSF UK in London is seeking an experienced IT Project and Change Manager for a maternity cover, 37.5 hours/week, hybrid in London. You will lead IT projects and manage change across the organisation, ensuring value from technology investments.

The role combines project management, change management, business analysis and collaboration with stakeholders. You will work with agile and waterfall methods, support project boards, and help embed new processes while navigating a fast-paced humanitarian

Qualifications

• Proven change management skills enabling IT adoption.
• Experience delivering IT systems projects with risk management and delivery.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders across a large organisation.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient with MS Project, Jira, Visio and Excel.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or data analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
• Experience in not-for-profit or large global environments.

Responsibilities

• Support growth agenda through new technology implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise value from technology investments.
• Work with the change team to break down silos and develop new processes for technology implementation.
• Enable change using both Agile and Waterfall project approaches.
• Engage with stakeholders and support project boards and sponsors.
• Work in a dynamic IT team to deliver successful projects.
