IT Programme Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service

An IT Programme Manager is required by Whitehall Resources for our client based in the UK. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working, with flexibility around office attendance depending on key project phases and divisional meetings.

The successful Programme Manager will lead a major transformation programme across two service divisions, focused on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. You will coordinate internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders, ensuring delivery of high-impact business outcomes aligned with IS and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive the successful delivery of a long-term transformation programme, from pilot to full-scale roll-out
* Coordinate internal teams and external delivery partners
* Maintain scope integrity while balancing flexibility and stakeholder expectations
* Act as a key change agent across the business, ensuring engagement and buy-in
* Navigate complex programme environments with diplomacy and authority
* Support governance, planning, reporting, and issue resolution across the programme lifecycle

Do you have?

* A proven background in IT Programme Management
* Experience leading large-scale transformation projects across complex organisations
* Strong stakeholder and change management skills – able to influence without alienating
* Experience in field-based industries (e.g. utilities, engineering, services) – desirable
* Familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g. ERP, CRM, Field Service) – Dynamics 365 experience a bonus
