About the role

We are a team dedicated to caring for six of the most magnificent palaces in the world. We are seeking a Product Support Analyst to join our Information Technology Business Solutions Team, focusing on supporting the applications and users of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) platform.

As a Dynamics 365 Product Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in assisting end users to maximize their use of the applications, collaborating with stakeholders and team members to implement ongoing product improvements.

To be successful in the role:
  • You should be a passionate advocate of Dynamics 365’s capabilities, with strong analytical skills to help users solve business problems.
  • Proven experience in supporting applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of best practices in using Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Ability to write specifications for product enhancements and document user requirements.
  • Experience in designing test cases and troubleshooting system performance issues.
  • Ability to create and maintain user training materials and communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience in training end users on MS Dynamics 365 functionalities and helping them extract insights.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.
  • Comfortable working within an Agile team environment.
