Job summary

Gilead Sciences Inc. is seeking a senior IT/business role to advise on capability enablement within Global Value & Access technology, aligning initiatives with business needs and IT strategy.

The role will partner with leadership to translate priorities into IT roadmaps and drive technology solutions across functions. The candidate will manage projects, ensure benefits realization, and seek opportunities to streamline customer-facing processes through new tech integrations.

Qualifications

• Deep IT experience across requirements gathering, processes, standards, and applications.
• Knowledge of pricing policy/regulations in healthcare markets.
• Experience with pricing tools such as Eversana PriceRight GPM or Model N GPM.
• Direct business experience in relevant business functions is preferred.
• Experience managing MSPs/vendors and working with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Advise IT and business leadership on capability enablement opportunities via the Global Value & Access technology portfolio.
• Ensure IT initiatives align with business needs and IT strategies; translate business priorities into IT roadmaps.
• Identify and promote technology solutions to business issues; partner with leadership across functions.
• Manage projects to ensure benefits are realized and bottlenecks resolved in time.
• Explore opportunities to streamline customer-facing processes through technology integration.
