Team: Internal IT of SoftwareOne | Full-time | Location: UK, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Spain | Hybrid work model | No visa support

The Role

Reporting to Erdal Akbulut, the Hiring Lead, this is a new role within the Data team, focused on developing and managing data products that align with business goals. Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive data product strategy.
2. Building and managing a delivery roadmap for data and analytics initiatives.
3. Facilitating collaboration and communication across project teams.
4. Supervising multiple workstreams and managing conflicting priorities.
5. Defining and tracking key metrics to measure impact and success.
6. Using data-driven insights to improve product performance.
7. Staying updated on emerging data trends and leveraging them for innovation.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about shaping this new position, building processes, and establishing partnerships. Strong experience in a similar role is advantageous.

What We Need From You

To succeed, you should have:

1. Proven experience in Program/Product Management of digital products (e.g., Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager).
2. At least 5+ years in Data Analytics, Data Governance, or Data Management.
3. Solid project management understanding.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
