Job summary

We are partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit into its IT & Technology Procurement practice. This client-facing role combines deep category expertise with consulting and transformation delivery across major organisations on complex commercial initiatives.

You will own and lead workstreams, engage senior stakeholders and apply procurement expertise to solve complex commercial challenges in a hands-on consulting capacity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' IT procurement experience.
• Experience across global IT procurement categories.
• Subject-matter expertise in Enterprise Software, IT Services or Cloud & Hosting.
• Experience managing portfolios > $50m annually.
• Strong indirect procurement knowledge and complex sourcing experience.
• Consulting experience or close with consulting organisations is advantageous.
• Experience leading teams across geographies.
• Strong analytical and Excel capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams across global client engagements.
• Develop and execute IT procurement strategies and category plans.
• Lead complex sourcing and commercial initiatives from identification to implementation.
• Conduct supplier research, market analysis and commercial assessments.
• Build robust data foundations and translate data into actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve value and supplier performance.
• Track benefits and ensure delivery aligns with milestones.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to shape requirements and priorities.
• Lead workshops and senior stakeholder discussions.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Develop high-performing teams and grow the practice.
