Job summary

DGH Recruitment Limited is seeking an IT Procurement Specialist in London with hybrid working expectations. The role focuses on leading IT sourcing, managing supplier relationships and negotiating high‑value IT contracts to deliver commercial value across the business.

You will drive IT procurement strategy, manage software/hardware/telecom renewals, and work closely with IT, Finance and Legal to mitigate risk and ensure value for money.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience with IT categories and strategic sourcing processes.
• Experience negotiating SaaS contracts and IT commercial agreements including hardware maintenance and telephony.
• Strong contract negotiation skills covering commercial terms and conditions.
• Procurement experience within a professional services environment.
• Understanding of supplier due diligence, commercial risk and stakeholder management.
• Experience or knowledge procuring AI solutions, including data privacy and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT procurement and strategic sourcing projects from requirements gathering and tendering through to negotiation, contract award and handover.

• Conduct supplier due diligence with Information Security and work with Legal to manage contractual, legal and reputational risks.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed requirements.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Procurement Specialist to join an international law firm in London. The role will lead IT sourcing and procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and delivering commercial value across the business.
