Job summary

Schroders in London is seeking a Procurement Manager (IT) to join the Group Procurement team. You will lead IT category sourcing, contract and risk management across a global, dispersed supplier base, delivering maximum commercial value.

You will collaborate with internal partners, design SRM frameworks, negotiate with technology suppliers, and drive continuous improvement while reporting savings and benefits to management. The role sits in a dynamic, globally minded investment manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT category management including strategic sourcing, contracts, performance and risk management.
• Drive SRM across the IT supply chain and manage supplier relationships.
• Determine market approaches, commercial models and supplier selections for products/services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to map requirements to sourcing strategy.
• Provide procurement services to deliver commercial advantage and negotiate terms with tech suppliers.
• Influence stakeholders to secure optimal outcomes and champion best practice.
• Report savings and benefits to management and track procurement analytics.
