Are you an experienced IT Procurement professional looking to take the next step in your career within a growing and ambitious organisation?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Procurement Manager to join a dynamic Group Procurement function within a fast-growing, acquisitive business. This is a broad and impactful role, working closely with senior stakeholders across the UK and Nordics, supporting strategic procurement activities and helping to drive value across the IT category—particularly software.

This is a hybrid position offering remote working as standard, with occasional travel to regional offices across the UK.

? Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Group IT Business Partner and Head of Procurement to deliver on IT sourcing needs.
2. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business priorities.
3. Develop and maintain an IT Procurement Forward Plan to identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities.
4. Lead end-to-end sourcing processes: requirement analysis, market research, supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting.
5. Support on larger strategic projects, including analytics and project coordination.
6. Manage IT contracts, including renewals and documentation within the contract management database.
7. Oversee supplier performance and compliance with ISO27001 vendor risk management standards.
8. Contribute to the development of supplier management practices and ESG initiatives within the supply chain.

? Skills & Experience

1. 3–5 years’ experience in IT procurement/category management (software focus highly desirable).
2. MCIPS qualified or working towards (preferred).
3. Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities.
4. Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently while collaborating with wider teams.
5. Effective project and stakeholder management skills.
6. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
