• Coordinate with various departments to understand and fulfil their IT needs.
• Regularly review and negotiate vendor contracts to optimise value for the company.
• Manage vendor performance, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels and performance metrics.
• Identify, assess, and manage potential risks associated with vendor partnerships.
• Conduct regular vendor audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Keep up-to-date with IT industry trends to enhance vendor selection and management strategies.
• Collaborate with the Procurement & Supply Chain department to streamline vendor management processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Procurement Manager should have:

• An academic background in IT, business, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement/vendor management, preferably within the professional services industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and a knack for building positive relationships with vendors.
• A deep understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess vendor performance.
