Edbury Daley is partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit into its IT & Technology Procurement practice. This hands-on consulting role involves leading workstreams, engaging senior stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes across IT procurement engagements.

You will drive IT procurement strategy, category management and supplier initiatives for major organisations, shaping opportunities from identification to delivery and ensuring projects meet milestones and objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing or category management.
• Strong experience across global IT procurement categories.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in Enterprise Software, IT Services and/or Cloud & Hosting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams across global client engagements.
• Develop and execute IT procurement and category strategies.
• Lead complex sourcing and commercial initiatives from identification to implementation.
• Conduct supplier research, market analysis and commercial assessments.
• Build robust data bases and translate data into actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve value, supplier performance and commercial outcomes.
• Track benefits and ensure delivery aligns with milestones.
• Engage client stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
• Lead and contribute to workshops and senior stakeholder discussions.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to client and internal teams.
