Your new company
A well-established organisation undergoing continued transformation and investment in its IT operations is seeking an experienced IT Procurement & Contracts Manager to support the IT Commercial team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of IT contracts, including licensing and application support agreements. Key to this role will be your ability to interpret complex contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs), ensure compliance, and support procurement activities, including managing 6-7 concurrent tenders.You will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (including Legal and Procurement) and external suppliers to oversee commercial negotiations and maintain operational alignment throughout the contract lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include drafting commercial terms, coordinating supplier engagement, and maintaining meticulous contract documentation.This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week based in Milton Keynes, and the remainder working remotely. What you'll get in return
The role is paying up to £400 a day and is outside IR35 and will be required to be on site 2 or 3 days a week in Milton Keynes
