Overview:

At Allwyn Lottery Solutions, we're not just about luck; we're about innovation, support, and excellence within technology. Our IT Services Team is the backbone that supports our users with its array of systems and cloud platforms, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Cloud Technology and Procurement Analyst, you'll be more than just a team member; you'll be an ambassador for IT, playing a pivotal role in the seamless integration of our employees into our digital ecosystem and a key player helping ensure we deliver projects as we continually update our cloud infrastructure.

Key Accountabilities and Duties:

Vendor and Contract Management

  • Manage relationships with cloud service providers, software vendors, and technology suppliers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions for new and existing contracts, ensuring favorable pricing, SLA compliance, and legal protection.
  • Administer contract renewals, extensions, and terminations in alignment with operational needs.

Procurement Operations

  • Execute end-to-end procurement processes for cloud services, IT solutions, and technology infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, IT, QA, and Support teams to define requirements and source appropriate technology solutions.
  • Work closely with the Group Procurement function to leverage enterprise-level agreements and partnerships.

Financial and Compliance Management

  • Monitor procurement budgets, ensuring that all purchases align with approved financial plans.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support vendor risk assessments and contribute to audit activities as required.

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify and develop strategic sourcing opportunities that optimize costs and service quality.
  • Track and report on vendor performance and contract KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate future needs and technology trends.

Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and vendor contracts.
  • Continuously improve procurement processes, tools, and documentation to drive operational efficiency.
  • Work with Finance and Admin on Purchase order creation / management to ensure efficiency in purchasing

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience and Competences

Minimum Qualifications

  • University level degree (at postgraduate level is a plus) in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field of study/experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Fluent in the English language
  • A solid background in Procurement and Vendor Management
  • Passion for IT and Technology
  • Ability to work with vendors and take ownership of relationships
  • Ability to adopt a security-first posture supporting the broader IT team in delivering systems and processes to ISO27001 and WLA standards.
  • Familiarity of vendor management, supplier engagement and product procurement
  • Experience of Jira and Confluence preferred
  • Experience of Netsuite preferred
