Your Role

As an IT Process Developer, your daily responsibilities include working as part of a team to design, develop, test, and release new processes on our Business Process Platforms using Agile methodology.

This involves collaborating with IT teams, business stakeholders, and internal clients to enhance business efficiency by:

• Reviewing and updating applications within our Business Process Platforms to ensure efficiency, quality, security, and compliance with internal standards;
• Documenting new and existing Business Processes to high internal standards and handing them over to support teams;
• Developing and maintaining reports and management information for internal and external clients across various platforms;
• Supporting, developing, and testing system/applications owned by the IT Process Development Team, including outside the Business Process Platforms;
• Creating processes that integrate with other systems/applications, following change management procedures and internal development standards;
• Completing system changes outside standard hours as needed to ensure service continuity;
• Providing support to Business Users and IT Teams for Business Process and IT Development Applications;
• Responding promptly to requests while managing client expectations.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience or practical knowledge of Workflow and Business Process applications;
• Experience working in an Agile team;
• Analytical, methodical, driven, and proactive approach;
• Experience working on projects as an active team member;
• Knowledge of services such as:
• Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform
