Overview

IT Problem Manager / Problem Analysis / Problem Coordinator – Leeds area, Hybrid role.

As a Problem Manager you will be responsible for proactively analysing and driving resolution of complex problems within our IT Infrastructure and services.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively analyse and drive resolution of complex problems within IT Infrastructure and services.
  • Investigate and analyse incidents to identify underlying problems and root causes by proactive analysis using ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective problem management and service improvement.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role as a Problem Manager, preferably within an MSP environment, with a strong understanding of Problem Management processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in incident management and root cause analysis; familiarity with IT Infrastructure and services including cloud, software, networks and applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL; ITIL v4 accreditation is ideal.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills; ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
