Job description

Support and assist the IT Pricing Manager with pricing for existing products and implementation of new products.

Maintaining supporting documentation and ensuring all departments and relevant 3rd parties are kept up to date.

The Team

Group IT Operations provide overarching support for all IT systems and services across the Pure Gym group, including owned gyms and international franchises. With over 400 sites in the UK, 140 in Denmark, 40 in Switzerland, and franchises in Saudi Arabia and UAE, the team supports the entire internal user base and all of our member systems, including our website, mobile app, gym access, and back office systems. These services are critical to the safe and consistent fitness experience of our 2m+ members.

The Role
  • Checks and maintenance of all Coming soon and Pre-sale clubs
  • Implement system changes for each new gym, outlining timelines, key milestones, and specific deliverables related to the setup.
  • Create, manage, and document all corporate discounts, membership discount codes, and all promotional campaigns.
  • Scheduling and preparing for club price changes
  • Completing, recording, and communicating club price changes
  • Updating all Configuration teams pricing and campaign documents, keeping them accurate and up to date
  • Set up of members' additional access for planned and urgent closures
  • Support with new configuration requirements for ongoing business initiatives.
  • Keeping accurate and up to date records of all configuration changes, documents, and processes
  • Keep a thorough understanding of all membership management systems and web interfaces within the group
  • Testing of new system features such as testing functionality of new and existing products and creating new processes.
  • Investigate and resolve issues relating to configuration that have business impact
  • Liaising with internal and external partners to create new clubs in our CMS
  • Continually reviewing system set-up and test new versions to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Internal ticket management
  • Any other ad hoc duties
The Person
  • Strong focus on precision and the capacity to meet established deadlines.
  • Has strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Ability to learn technical information and new tools
  • Experienced in supporting in-house business applications, including experience in software implementation and functional testing.
  • Ability to demonstrate accuracy and time management
  • Is a trouble shooter and has a solution-oriented approach with good investigative skills
  • Takes ownership for performance and ensures that all targets are met
  • Can effectively build strong working relationships and networks to enable success
  • Effective multitasker with a composed demeanor, capable of managing numerous projects.
  • Ability to learn and implement technical information

  • Experience in supporting SaaS-based solutions.
  • Ability to understand the big picture and see how member value and Pure Gym value are connected to business processes.
  • Is comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office software
