About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused IT Outsourcing Operations Manager to join our growing team at ITRun.dev. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients
• Lead client communications to gather, validate and document the scope of work
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to structure offers and solutions
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals and RFP responses
• Work closely with the Recruiting and HR teams to align project staffing needs
• Monitor delivery quality and ensure timely submission of work reports
• Participate in pre-sales activities and support new business acquisition
• Track and improve client satisfaction and service KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in IT outsourcing, service delivery or client operations
• Strong understanding of IT project scoping and resourcing
• Proven ability to interface with both clients and technical teams
• Experience in proposal preparation and tender participation (RFPs/RFQs)
• Fluent in English (UK), both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Self-driven with strong accountability in a fully remote work environment
