Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT/OT transformation programs across manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, OT, IT, Cybersecurity, leadership).
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, site assessments, and interviews to support current/future state plans.
• Define OT/IT roadmaps, reference architectures, standards, and governance frameworks.
