Title: IT Operations Engineer - Join a Leading Legal Firm in London

Introductory Paragraph:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated IT operations engineer to join one of the leading legal firms based in London. As our client expands their business, they require someone who can deliver exceptional service by ensuring that all systems and applications run smoothly.

Qualifications:

1. iManage experience (4-5 years minimum): The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of iManage document management software, including its administration, configuration and troubleshooting capabilities.

Skills:

1. Azure Cloud Experience: Our client requires an individual with hands-on experience working on Azure cloud platforms. The successful applicant must be able to deploy security solutions such as firewalls whilst optimizing performance through load balancing measures.
2. BigHand Dictation: As part of this role you will work closely with lawyers providing dictation services using Big Hand technology; therefore familiarity with it is essential when applying for this position.
3. Document Management System: Apart from managing documents within the firm's system efficiently, the chosen candidates would also be responsible for developing strategies which lead towards efficient storage access control compliance mechanisms while maintaining high levels of data integrity.
4. iManage-to-Azure Migration Expertise: One critical aspect required is migrating existing infrastructure onto Microsoft's Azure platform without compromising any user accessibility or operational efficiency.
