Our well-established client in Hertford is seeking an IT Network Support Engineer to join their team.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Network Support Engineer to support and expand our customers’ growing network infrastructure. As part of the infrastructure team, you will act as a bridge between our service desk, projects team, and NOC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing circuit and hardware issues, TCP/IP networking including routing, firewalling, and IPAM. Exposure to Meraki SDWAN technologies is a plus, but prior experience is not required.

The support desk operates from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm with flexible start times:
8:00 am – 4:30 pm
9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Initially, hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with flexibility after probation.
