As a Technical/Network Designer or Architect at BT, your primary role is to design and deliver solutions tailored to the needs of our external customers, specializing in network, voice, or contact centre solutions. Collaborating within a global team, you'll lead medium to large designs and may even take on the role of a design lead, influencing our future direction. Emphasising customer-centricity, you'll promote our offerings and ensure solutions align with customer needs.
