IT Manager – SAP Business One

An exciting opportunity with Henley Morgan has arisen for an experiencedIT Manager with SAP Business One experienceto join a dynamic and growing business. This is a hands-on, senior role overseeing the entire IT function and driving innovation across multiple sites in the UK and Europe. Experience Required

• Proven experience managing IT operations and leading cross-functional initiatives

• Strong technical background in:

• .NET development (C#, WPF, ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs)

• SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports

• SAP Business One and associated integrations

• Network infrastructure experience (preferably Unifi)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, AVD, Azure AD, Intune, and SharePoint

• Familiarity with data integration and automation tools (e.g., BPA task centre)

• Experience managing ticketing systems

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire IT function, ensuring smooth operations with minimal disruption

• Drive automation initiatives across departments to eliminate manual processes

• Deliver technical support and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Maintain and administer network infrastructure across multiple sites

• Oversee 1st-line support and ticketing systems, ensuring efficient case management

• Develop and support reporting using SQL, SSRS, Power BI, and Crystal Reports

• Integrate and maintain SAP Business One with systems such as WMS, BPA, and routing software

• Lead .NET software development across web, desktop, and backend services

• Manage cloud infrastructure and security through Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Secure Score

• Collaborate with marketing to manage the WooCommerce website

• Support additional business-critical tools

• Handle hardware/software procurement, IT budgeting, and contractor oversight

• Champion security best practices, compliance, and continuous IT improvement

• Engage with key departments such as HR, Sales, Compliance, and Finance to ensure IT alignment with business goals

• Office based role in Cambridgeshire area.
