IT Manager – Europe (London office twice a week)

We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead IT operations across Europe, ensuring high-performing systems, seamless support, and secure, future-ready infrastructure for a growing international business.

What you’ll do

• Oversee IT infrastructure, hardware, and software to ensure optimal performance and security
• Manage 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support with a focus on quality and SLAs
• Lead IT projects including infrastructure upgrades and cloud solutions (Azure, Citrix, virtual desktops)
• Collaborate with managed service providers and key global stakeholders
• Develop IT policies, ensure risk management, and oversee recovery and backup processes
• Supervise and mentor IT operations team members to deliver top-level service

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of IT operations experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of Azure, M365, SharePoint, cloud architecture, servers, and networks
• Solid background in incident management, escalation, and service delivery
• Proven track record managing third-party providers and rolling out IT infrastructure projects
• ITIL expertise and relevant IT certifications
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, lead projects, and travel when required

Location: London-based hybrid role (with some European travel)
