Job summary

Totum Partners is seeking an IT Manager to lead the firm’s day-to-day IT operations, service desk, user support, training and technology adoption across London and Munich.

The role manages the IT support team, drives service improvement and implements the strategy, policies and controls set by the IT Director, who retains accountability for technology strategy, budgets, contracts, cyber risk and major investment. This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH weekly.

Qualifications

• Previous IT Manager experience in a professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of M365, endpoint management, cybersecurity and iManage.
• Experience working with outsourced providers and third-party vendors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, service desk, user support, training and technology adoption across London and Munich.
• Lead the IT support team, drive service improvement and implement strategy, policies and controls set by the IT Director.
• Ensure priorities, performance and development are managed and that effective team coverage is maintained.
