Join our dynamic architectural firm as an IT Manager, responsible for overseeing IT and communication systems across multiple offices. This role involves managing a small technical team, developing IT strategies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing IT and communication systems and team
• Providing strategic direction and managing IT budgets
• Overseeing IT help desk, networks, hardware, software deployment, and system maintenance
• Managing cloud services, infrastructure, servers, and storage
• Developing and implementing IT policies, security, and data protection measures
• Ensuring compliance with legal and Data Protection requirements
• Communicating with Directors and end-users on IT matters
• Leading special IT projects and staying current with technological advancements

Qualifications:

• IT related degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a Windows environment and knowledge of VMWare, Veeam, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other relevant technologies
• Experience with cloud, networking, and security solutions
• Experience with Autodesk/Construction IT software is desirable

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, with flexible and hybrid working options.
