Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Manager with experience in the architectural or design sector for a role based in London, EC1, with four days on-site. The salary is up to 75k, plus a strong benefits package. Please note that visa sponsorship is unavailable.

This role involves resolving minor IT queries on-site as the sole presence, and acting as the strategic lead on IT within a small but growing business. A strong cultural fit is essential; you should be friendly, approachable, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key requirements include a solid understanding of current IT trends, the ability to integrate new solutions seamlessly, and a background in general IT infrastructure. Familiarity with Windows 11 environments, the M365 Suite (including SharePoint), networking hardware, firewalls, VPNs, and vendor management is necessary. Knowledge of information security principles, managing vulnerabilities, AV/VC setup for conference rooms, and supporting the Adobe Suite and Dropbox are also important.

For this role, candidates from the architectural or design space are preferred.
